WordPress C2PA Plugin for Image Signing

The Proof of Publish WordPress plugin connects publishing workflows to C2PA signing for supported image attachments. It can request signing during the publish workflow and return an image whose credential contains a tamper-evident signature, timestamp evidence, and publisher-supplied metadata.

Editors can keep working in WordPress while the integration handles supported signing requests. Verification can determine whether the signed file still matches its credential and display the assertions carried by that credential.

The credential does not certify the WordPress article and does not prove identity, authorship, origin, truth, or first publication. Attribution and AI-use details are publisher-supplied metadata rather than independent identity claims.
